市住房公积金中心集中支付贷款抵押登记费 方便缴存职工办事

为了更好地为民服务，营造良好的营商环境，从2022年1月1日开始，取消公积金贷款客户垫付80元抵押费。由原来的“借款人先垫付登记费用、中心再返还”的收费模式调整为“公积金中心与不动产登记中心直接结算登记费用”模式，办事群众不再缴纳登记费用。收费模式调整一年以来，市住房公积金中心已为511户贷款职工家庭支付抵押登记费40880元。

新的缴费方式实行后，缴存职工只需在住房公积金窗口柜台即可完成贷款抵押登记业务的办理，无须跨部门缴费，彻底实现住房公积金贷款业务“一窗”办事，为缴存职工办事提供了便利。
